Do you test or store my DNA?

No. PromptDNA does not sell DNA tests and we never store your DNA. You simply download your raw DNA file from providers, keep it on your own device, and then use our AI prompt template to explore it privately.

No. PromptDNA is for educational and informational purposes only. It can highlight genetic tendencies and potential health-related risks, but it is not a medical service. Always speak to a doctor or qualified health professional about any medical questions or concerns.

How does PromptDNA actually work?

PromptDNA is a digital AI prompt template. You paste it into an AI tool (like ChatGPT), follow the instructions, and then ask it to analyse your raw DNA data. The template guides the AI to create structured, easy-to-read health reports, as well as how to safely remove your data from it

What do I actually get when I buy?

You receive a downloadable master prompt template (and any chosen report packs), step-by-step instructions on how to use it with your DNA data, and guidance on generating multiple themed reports.

Which DNA companies are compatible?

Our template is designed for autosomal raw DNA data from major testing companies, including AncestryDNA, 23andMe, LivingDNA, MyHeritage and similar services that let you download your raw data file.

Will the AI tool keep my DNA data forever?

We can’t control third-party AI platforms, but we do walk you through using them as safely as possible. Our guide covers what to paste (and what to avoid), how to anonymise your data, and how to manage or delete your conversations and settings in your chosen AI tool.
